Our Ranch

Siller Land & Longhorns is a family-owned ranch dedicated to producing exceptional registered Texas Longhorn cattle with purpose, integrity, and a commitment to preserving the future of the breed.

With ranches located in Penn Valley and Elk Creek, California, and Yantis, Texas, our cattle graze over 9,000 acres in their natural environment. We believe the best cattle are raised the way nature intended—with plenty of room to roam, quality forage, and low-stress handling.

Our breeding program is built on intentional decisions, not chance. Every mating is carefully planned with an emphasis on structural correctness, fertility, disposition, horn growth, phenotype, and proven genetics. We strive to produce cattle that are not only beautiful, but functional, productive, and valuable for generations to come.

Herd health is one of our highest priorities. We proudly maintain a herd that is tested free of Johne’s Disease, Tuberculosis, Brucellosis, BVD, and BLV, and we strongly believe in DNA verification and responsible genetic stewardship.

In addition to our registered breeding program, we raise lean, heart-healthy Texas Longhorn beef, providing a nutritious, flavorful alternative to traditional beef. We also honor these incredible animals by professionally finishing select skulls into unique pieces of western artwork that celebrate the beauty and heritage of the Texas Longhorn.

Over the years we’ve been fortunate to acquire some of the industry’s most respected genetics while building lasting friendships with fellow breeders across the country. Those relationships, combined with our passion for continual improvement, have shaped the program we are proud to have today.
