Consigned to the Shawnee Showdown November 2026. Painted Feather is a beautiful young heifer with the color, pedigree and potential we love to see coming up through our program. She is a Bracewell daughter out of SLL Pocahontas, combining some outstanding genetics including Reckon So, Dragon Lady, Drag Iron, HRT Rural Convoy and the Safari line. She is already showing beautiful speckled color, a feminine look and a nice start to her horn. At just over a year old, she has plenty of growing and changing ahead of her. Painted Feather is intentionally being offered open, as we do not expose our heifers until they are at least 18 months old. This gives her new owner the opportunity to take her home, let her continue to mature and choose the bull that best complements their program. Young, colorful, well-bred and full of potential — the fun part with this one is still ahead.
